Tips on How to Relax in the Afternoon

It was 2 pm yesterday, I just finished my a few hours of work and I would like to take time and have a little break. Here are some tips that really helped me calm my mind and appreciate the world around me.
Toast some bread - This time I used a waffle maker to toast my bread. I added some butter and some honey(mine came with wallnut)

2. Brew some tea - Because the tea is hot, you are forced to take it slow. I just opted for some lipton green tea with lemon then I added a teaspoon of honey. Taste really good, very light a relaxing. Also a good way to lessen my coffee intake.
3. Listen to some music - At that moment, I just want my mind to float and not think about anything. And just feel the moment and the quietness while my son is sleeping and I'm alone. 4. Look at the plants - they say that green relaxes your eyes. Especially if you have been looking at the PC for a few hours, your eyes will be tired. If you don't have plants in your house, then look at the neighbor's plants.
